Notice of the Mid-term Association on Issuing and Implementing the "Regulations on the Administration of Futures Market Making and Trading Business"

Golden Ten Futures, October 31st, in order to implement the relevant requirements of the Opinions on Strengthening Supervision and Preventing Risks to Promote High-quality Development of the futures market and further strengthen the self-discipline management of futures market-making trading business, the China Futures Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) has formulated the "Futures Market-making Trading Business Management Rules" after extensive solicitation of industry opinions. After being deliberated and adopted at the 23rd meeting of the 6th Council of the Association, it is hereby issued and implemented as of December 1, 2025. Risk management companies may carry out futures market-making trading business in accordance with the "Pilot Guidelines for the Business of Risk Management Companies of Futures Companies".
