On October 31st, in the recently published "Suggestions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development", Minister of Finance Lan Fo'an published a signed article entitled "Play the Role of Active Fiscal Policy". Lan Fo'an pointed out that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, the tax system will be optimized, the local tax and direct tax systems will be improved, and the role of taxation in promoting high-quality development, social fairness, and market unification will be better played.
