ChainFeeds co-creation Zhixiong Pan posted on the X platform that the facilitator (server) is still very important for the adoption of x402. Most ordinary developers do not understand the details of contract calls or RPC processing, so it is reasonable for the facilitator to handle these transactions. Unless there is another quick and easy way to completely abstract the logic of the facilitator into a functional layer that can be used by developers who do not understand blockchain (which is not impossible), the facilitator still plays an important role.
