Bitcoin miner TeraWulf to raise an additional $500 million by issuing convertible senior notes

Nasdaq-listed bitcoin miner TeraWulf announced that it will raise an additional $500 million through a convertible senior note issue, and also offered initial purchasers an option to purchase up to $75 million in convertible bonds. The new funds will be used to build data centers and general corporate purposes.
