US President Donald Trump admitted on Wednesday that the Constitution clearly does not allow him to seek a third term as president, despite the idea of running for re-election he has floated several times in recent months. "If you read the Constitution carefully, it's clear that I can't run," Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One, adding that he currently has "sadly" high political support.
