加密货币投资管理公司 Borderless Capital 宣布已收购量化交易公司 CTF Capital，以进军拉丁美洲市场并扩大技术领域，包括“人工智能驱动”的投资能力。据悉，CTF Capital 管理的资产将并入 Borderless Capital 旗下 1 亿美元的旗舰对冲基金。目前，Borderless Capital 管理着五支风险基金，总价值超过 5 亿美元。（TheBlock）
