WisdomTree partners with BNY to provide access to funds for digital asset apps

WisdomTree has announced a partnership with Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) to provide retail investor funds on-chain and off-chain channels for its digital asset investment app WisdomTree Prime. The app already supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tokenized Gold and WisdomTree digital funds, and has launched its own stablecoin USDW to pay fund dividends. In addition to USDW, the app also supports USDC and PYUSD stablecoins. BNY also acts as a custodian and banking partner for USDW reserves, helping to integrate digital assets with traditional finance.
