The GoPlus Chinese community issued a security alert, the x402 cross-chain protocol @402bridge was suspected to be stolen, the Creator of the contract starting with 0xed1A transferred the Owner to the 0x2b8F address, and then the new Owner called the transfer User Token method in the contract to transfer all the remaining USDC of the authorized user wallet.
Before Mint, it is necessary to authorize USDC to the @402bridge contract, resulting in more than 200 users being transferred away due to excessive authorization. A total of 17,693 USDC were transferred to the 0x2b8F address. After changing the USDC to ETH, it was crossed to Arbitrum after many cross-chain transactions. It is recommended that users who have participated in this project cancel the relevant authorization as soon as possible; remind users to check whether the authorization address is the official address of the interactive project before authorization, only authorize the required number, and do not authorize indefinitely; and pay attention to regularly check the authorization and cancel the useless authorization.
