On October 28, the head of the International Department of the Ministry of Commerce interpreted the upgrade protocol of version 3.0 of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. In the field of supply chain connectivity, the two sides included a separate chapter of supply chain cooperation in the free trade agreement for the first time, and jointly made high-level commitments.
