Pony.ai: Listed in Hong Kong to issue about 42 million shares, with a maximum price of HK $180

On October 28th, Pony.ai announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it intends to issue 41,955,700 offering shares in the Hong Kong listing (subject to the exercise of the offer volume adjustment right and the over-allotment option). Unless otherwise announced, the offer price will not exceed HK $180 per offering share. It is expected that the shares will start trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 6 (Note: the same date as the competing product Wenyuan Zhixing).
