Extreme Krypton US IPO raises $440 million at $5.10 billion valuation

On May 10, according to people familiar with the matter, Extreme Krypton issued 21 million American Depositary Receipts (ADS) in its US initial public offering at a price of $21 per share, at the top end of the price range of $18 to $21 per share, raising $441 million. The IPO valued Extreme Krypton at $5.10 billion. The company closed investors' subscriptions a day earlier after the IPO was oversubscribed.
