10月28日讯，小马智行在港交所公告，在港上市拟发行41,955,700股发售股份（视乎发售量调整权及超额配股权行使与否而定）。除非另行公告，发售价将不超过每股发售股份180港元。预期股票将于11月6日（注：与竞品文远知行日期相同）在港交所开始交易。
