Barclays: Fed interest rate meeting may reveal policy differences

Barclays expects the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates by 25 basis points this week, but there may be differences of opinion within the decision-making level. Governor Milan may advocate a deeper rate cut, while some other officials may prefer to maintain the current interest rate level. In addition, Barclays also expects that the Federal Reserve may also send a policy signal to end the balance sheet reduction plan in December.
