Alan Konevsky, CEO of tokenized securities marketplace tZero Group Inc., said in an interview that the company plans to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) in 2026.
The company, whose investors include Intercontinental Exchange Inc., has been in talks with bankers but has not yet identified an IPO partner, Mr. Konevsky said. It is also exploring pre-IPO financing, he said. The company has more than 50 employees but is not yet profitable, Mr. Konevsky said.
