Binance CEO Richard Teng has been silent about the legal crisis in Nigeria for the past few months, but today issued a statement on the charges against Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan in Nigeria, saying that unidentified individuals had contacted employees of the exchange and suggested a payment to resolve the allegations.
