华泰证券：美国 9 月 CPI 回落为美联储降息铺平道路

华泰证券研报称，美国9月CPI超预期放缓，主要受房租分项意外放缓影响。当前政府关门持续、就业市场降温背景下，美联储10月降息为大概率事件，12月降息也是基准情形。华泰证券维持美联储10、12月各降息一次的判断。（金十）
