On October 24th, according to the official announcement of X Layer, with the continuous advancement of protocol integration and ecological expansion, it is planned to upgrade the underlying technology of the public chain to further improve the overall performance and scalability of the system, aiming to help become a leading platform for high-performance blockchain solutions. This upgrade is scheduled to start at 23:30 (UTC + 8) on October 27, 2025, and is expected to last about one hour. After completion, the main network will be restored to blocks. If the upgrade progress or arrangement is adjusted, the official will update it as soon as possible through the announcement channel.
The announcement pointed out that during the upgrade period, the X Layer mainnet will suspend block issuance, and all related services will be temporarily suspended, including OKX exchange-related asset deposit and withdrawal and DEX transaction services, OKX Wallet-related functions, and OKX Pay services.
