Jupiter Introduces Two Improvements for Jupiter Perps

On May 9th, Solana Ecosystem DEX Jupiter tweeted that it has launched two improvements for Jupiter Perps, one is to bind oracle updates and position requests to improve the user's trading success rate; the other is to refund the collateral of expired orders, which allows users to retry transactions faster.
