AMINA Bank AG, a Swiss crypto bank, has partnered with Tokeny, a Luxembourg-based tokenization company, to provide a regulated channel for issuing digital securities. The partnership combines AMINA's bank-grade custody and settlement services with Tokeny's issuance system based on the ERC-3643 standard, a permissioned token standard designed for authenticated assets subject to compliance requirements. The two companies describe the structure as a "regulated banking bridge" for real-world assets (RWAs) such as bonds and commercial paper.
