According to analyst Ember, suspected Hex, PulseChain and PulseX project founder Richard Heart recently transferred 154,000 ETH (about $611 million) to 22 new wallets, which were purchased at an average price of $3,779 in March 2024 for a total of 621 million DAI. More notably, in the past 8 hours, he further transferred 10,900 ETH (about $42 million) to the coin mixing tool Tornado Cash.
