Machi Big Brother said on social media that Blur should support EIP-681 for tokenURI. This will allow NFTs bridged to L2 to reference the corresponding tokenURI on L1 as the real source. The current Ethereum mainnet NFTs bridged to Blur appear as blank images without any metadata, and supporting 681 can solve this problem. We believe that supporting EIP-681 is in the best interest of the Blur and Blast communities.
