据央视新闻，当地时间10月22日，欧盟轮值主席国丹麦宣布，欧盟各成员国已批准对俄罗斯实施第19轮制裁，制裁措施包括禁止进口俄罗斯液化天然气等。据悉，制裁还新增了对俄罗斯外交官的旅行限制，并将俄罗斯“影子舰队”中的117艘船只列入名单。
