On October 22, Shougang announced that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation report from Mr. Qiu Yinfu, chairperson and director of the company, on October 22, 2025. Mr. Qiu Yinfu, due to job adjustment, applied to resign as chairperson and director of the company. His original term of office will end on the date when the eighth board of directors of the company expires. Mr. Qiu Yinfu will no longer continue to hold any position in the company and its holding subsidiaries after his resignation; Mr. Qiu Yinfu's resignation will not cause the board of directors of the company to be lower than the quorum, and will not affect the normal operation of the company's board of directors
