Optimism在X平台表示，若需确保第四轮公共物品追溯资助不被拒绝，每份申请必须符合相关轮次的资格标准，对链上构建者而言，需遵循符合条件的链、合约指标与KYC要求；承诺未来影响、虚假声明、冒名顶替、贿赂、垃圾邮件或重复的申请将被拒绝，应按时提交申请，确保验证Github代码库并具有许可证，以及在注册时提供已部署合约的所有详细信息。
