On October 22nd, according to the official announcement, the Stellar network has completed the testnet upgrade to Protocol 24 today, and the mainnet upgrade vote will be held on October 22, 2025 at 17:00 UTC. If the vote is passed, the upgrade will take effect immediately. Stellar officially calls on all users running Stellar infrastructure (including Stellar Core, Horizon, RPC or Galexie) to install the new version as soon as possible to ensure system compatibility.
