On October 21st, Xiechuang Data announced that according to the needs of business development, the company plans to purchase servers from a number of suppliers and sign relevant procurement contracts. The total amount of the procurement contract is expected to not exceed RMB 4 billion yuan. The company's purchase of servers is mainly used to provide customers with cloud computing power services. This transaction does not constitute a major asset reorganization, nor does it constitute a related party transaction. The company held the sixth meeting of the fourth board of directors on October 21, 2025, and passed the "Proposal on the Company's Purchase of Assets" with unanimous consent. The transaction amount accounts for more than 50% of the company's audited net assets in the latest period, and also reaches more than 50% of the company's audited total assets in the latest period. This proposal still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for consideration.
