The US state of Wyoming has launched a large-scale blockchain test involving 700,000 "Frontier" (code FRNT) stablecoins, deploying 100,000 tokens on each of seven major blockchains.
Data provided by Marcov, a researcher at blockchain data analytics platform Dune Analytics, confirmed that the deployment was completed on October 20, covering blockchains including Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche C-Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, and Polygon.
The deployment is Wyoming's first major on-chain activity since the FRNT stablecoin was launched on the mainnet in August this year. Through this project, Wyoming became the first state in the United States to issue a government-backed stablecoin
