日本央行副行长冰见野良三近日表示，稳定币可能会成为全球支付系统中的关键参与者，部分取代银行存款的作用。全球金融体系中一半的资产由非银行金融机构持有。监管机构在这些领域已经做了很多工作，但仍有很多工作有待完成。（金十）
