On October 21, according to the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods" and the relevant commitments of our country's accession to the WTO, the Ministry of Commerce has formulated the "Total Allowance of Non-State Trade Imports in 2026, Application Conditions and Application Procedures", which are hereby announced. The allowance for non-state trade imports of crude oil in 2026 is 257 million tons.
