商务部公布2026年原油非国营贸易进口允许量总量、申请条件和申请程序

10月21日讯，根据《中华人民共和国货物进出口管理条例》和我国加入世贸组织的有关承诺，商务部制定了《2026年非国营贸易进口允许量总量、申请条件和申请程序》，现予公布。2026年原油非国营贸易进口允许量为25700万吨。
