According to on-chain analyst Ember monitoring, a giant whale took 700 million USDC from Binance to four on-chain wallets a week ago, used three of them to mortgage 610 million USDC on Aave last night, and then lent 66,000 ETH ($262 million) to Binance.
These USDCs that have de-collateralized and borrowed ETH were all raised from Binance a week ago, and one of them currently holds 91.2 million USDC that has not de-collateralized and borrowed ETH.
