JPMorgan analysts said the recent Wells notice from the Securities Exchange Commission to Robinhood Crypto is unlikely to prevent final approval of a spot Ethereum ETF. The Securities Exchange Commission could eventually establish a new intermediate class for Ethereum that would classify it neither as a commodity nor as a security.
