According to an official announcement, The Smarter Web Company, a UK-based bitcoin treasury company, has placed 1,337,000 shares of common stock under the terms of the subscription agreement announced on September 4, 2025. The total proceeds from the placing of the subscription shares will be £1,185,771.81 (before fees), which equates to approximately £0.89 per share. The company will receive approximately 97% of the proceeds as settlement at the beginning of the week. The balance of common shares that have not yet been placed under the subscription agreement is 13,878,000 shares.
