Shilan Micro: 20 billion yuan to build a 12-inch high-end analog integrated circuit chip manufacturing production line project

On October 19th, Shilan Micro announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Xiamen Shilan Micro plan to increase its capital to its subsidiary Xiamen Lanjihua Microelectronics Co., Ltd. by 5.10 billion yuan and sign the "Investment Cooperation Agreement for the 12-inch High-end Analog Integrated Circuit Chip Manufacturing Production Line Project", of which the company and Xiamen Shilan Micro jointly invested 1.50 billion yuan. As the implementation body of the "12-inch high-end analog integrated circuit chip manufacturing production line project", Silan Jihua will build a 12-inch integrated circuit chip manufacturing production line, and the product is positioned as a high-end analog integrated circuit chip. The total planned investment of this project is 20 billion yuan, and the planned production capacity is 45,000 pieces/month, which will be implemented in two phases.
