Binance launches LABUSDT and RIVERUSDT perpetual contracts

According to the official announcement, Binance will list LABUSDT and RIVERUSDT perpetual contracts at 22:30 and 22:45 (UTC + 8) on October 17, 2025, respectively, both of which support up to 50 times leverage trading.
