On October 17, in response to the application of the European Union Commission and the French Pig Industry Alliance (INAPORC), in order to ensure the fairness, impartiality and transparency of the investigation procedure, in accordance with Article 20 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China and the provisions of the Ministry of Commerce's Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy Investigation Hearing Rules, the Ministry of Commerce's Trade Remedy Investigation Bureau has decided to hold a hearing on the anti-dumping case of pork and pig by-products in the Ministry of Commerce in the near future.
