Crypto miner TeraWulf subsidiary completes pricing of $3.20 billion senior secured notes

According to GLOBE NEWSWIRE, crypto miner TeraWulf Inc. (NASDAQ: WULF) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, WULF Compute LLC, has completed the pricing of the $3.20 billion senior secured note. The note has an annual interest rate of 7.750%, expires in 2030, and is issued at par.
The offering is expected to close on October 23 and the proceeds will be used to partially finance the expansion of its Lake Mariner campus data center in Buck, New York. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by WULF Compute's subsidiaries and secured against the company's material assets as first priority.
Previously, it was reported that mining company TeraWulf plans to raise about 3 billion dollars to build a data center.
