Bitcoin miner Bitfarms Ltd. (ticker BITF) announced that it has determined the pricing of its issue of convertible senior notes due 2031 with a total principal of $500 million and a coupon of 1.375%.
At the same time, Bitfarms granted the initial purchaser of the convertible notes an option to purchase up to $88 million of additional convertible notes in aggregate principal within 13 days of the initial issue date of the convertible notes. The size of the offering has been increased from the previously announced $300 million. Subject to customary closing conditions, the offering is expected to close around October 21, 2025.
