International Business Settlement Further Acquisition of Bitcoin up to HK $200 million

International Business Clearing (00147) announced that as part of the Group's investment in cryptocurrencies and related business development plan, on October 16, 2025, the Board resolved to recommend further acquisitions of Bitcoin within a period of two months from the date of this announcement at such time and price as the Directors deem appropriate. The total consideration payable for the possible acquisitions shall not exceed HK $200 million, which is determined with reference to the financial condition of the Group.
