The deadline for feedback is November 16th. The "Regulations" clarify the business model of "one certificate and one store". Online catering service providers shall not use the same business qualifications to open multiple online stores on the same platform. Clarify the requirements for information publicity of platform providers. Platform providers shall continue to publicize their business qualifications. The name of the online store signboard shall be consistent with the name of the entity's business store signboard, and the dining address shall be consistent with the business premises stated in the business qualifications. At the same time, add an exclusive logo for "no dine-in" merchants, and stipulate the display location and page.
