SNOP Policy Update: Proposed to upgrade the standard Node Operating Protocol (SNOP) that the Lido Ethereum Validator exits to version 3, integrate the trigger withdrawal framework, and align the protocol with the latest definitions, scope, and node operator responsibilities.
