On October 16, Believe announced that LAUNCHCOIN can be upgraded to BELIEVE 1:1 through the official website, and the upgrade period will last for two weeks until October 29, 2025. After the upgrade, LAUNCHCOIN holders who have not completed the upgrade can still receive BELIEVE through the official website during the final claim period, which is also two weeks. This upgrade is designed to better support the long-term development of the Believe ecosystem.
The initial total supply of BELIEVE is set at 1.33 billion, an increase of 25% over LAUNCHCOIN. Of this, 17% is used to incentivize current and future contributors, 5% is allocated to early investors, and 3% is allocated to foundation projects. Contributor allocations are subject to a four-year vesting period and a one-year lock. Investor allocations are locked for one year, and foundation tokens enter circulation immediately.
After the upgrade, all unclaimed tokens will be permanently destroyed, aiming to keep the total supply at around 1 billion. LAUNCHCOIN will no longer be supported or maintained after the upgrade period ends, and holders are advised to carefully review the upgrade details.
