Insider: Anthropic aims to nearly triple its annualized revenue by 2026

Artificial intelligence start-up Anthropic expects annual revenue to more than double, and possibly nearly triple, next year, driven by the rapid adoption of enterprise products, according to two people familiar with the matter. The company is on track to hit its internal target of $9 billion in annualised revenue by the end of 2025, the people said. For 2026, Anthropic has set more aggressive targets: more than doubling annualised revenue to $20 billion in a conservative scenario and as much as $26 billion in a best-case scenario. Anthropic said its annualised revenue was close to $7 billion this month, but declined to comment on future forecasts. Anthropic previously said it had exceeded $5 billion in annualised revenue in August.
