Hyperliquid: There is no listing fee or listing department, and listing can be done without permission

On October 15th, Hyperliquid disclosed in a post that on Hyperliquid, there are no listing fees, no listing department, and no "gatekeepers". Deploying spot transactions on Hyperliquid is permissionless. Anyone can deploy a spot asset simply by paying a gas fee in the form of HYPE. Deployers can choose to receive up to 50% of their spot transaction pair transaction fee share. All processes are conducted on-chain, transparent and verifiable. The complete DeFi lifecycle includes: creating a project, issuing a token, and trading that token. On Hyperliquid, every step in the process can be done permissionless.
