Base Build 宣布 Basenames 现可以作为用户在二层网络（L2s）上的主要身份，其通过 ENSIP-19 协议实现了一次性自动迁移，无需用户手动操作，并且支持 ENS 集成的开发工具也可以与 Basenames 一起使用。
