A few weeks later, Biden's anti-cryptocurrency SEC/DOJ started targeting me. They arrested me a few weeks before a vote on the cryptocurrency bill I was advancing - the night before I was due to testify before Congress.
House Republicans said my arrest was "to prevent Sam Bankman-Fried from testifying" and demanded that Gensler hand over information about "the timing of the charges and the timing of his arrest [raising serious questions about Biden's SEC/DOJ]."
The SBF social media account posted that it had been witch-hunted by the Biden administration
