Web3 game startup MyPrize has now received $13 million in financing. This round of financing is achieved through two rounds, with MyPrice valued at $140 million based on its fully diluted share capital and implied warrant value. The first round, valued at 5 million US dollars, ended in October last year, and the second round, valued at 8 million US dollars, ended this month. These two rounds of financing are led by Dragonfly and Boxcars Ventures, with a16z Scout, Mechanism Capital, Arrington Capital, Breed VC, JST Capital, 2 Punks Capital, and others participating. Angel investors including Luca Netz from Pudgy Penguins, Peter Smith from Blockchain.com, Jeff Feng from Sei Labs, Steve Rosenthal from Jack Entertainment, and Spencer Noon have also joined this round of financing.
