According to CCTV news, Federal District Judge William Smith of Rhode Island ruled on October 14 local time that the Trump administration violated its previous court order and re-implemented almost the same policy, making it a prerequisite for states to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement to obtain funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
