Tether pays nearly $300 million to Celsius bankruptcy consortium to settle

The Blockchain Asset Recovery Investment Consortium (BRIC) announced that Tether has paid $299.50 million to the Celsius Network bankruptcy consortium to settle related litigation filed in August 2024. BRIC was formed by GXD Labs and VanEck to manage Celsius' asset recovery and litigation affairs.
