According to ZachXBT, Circle imposed a "precautionary freeze" on four EVM addresses, claiming that their funds originated from Coinbase-related theft; but the addresses held DAI rather than USDC, which hackers could have transferred and exchanged to avoid freezing. Bitrace and MistTrack are involved in intelligence and tracking.
